END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Rockcleaner (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Hello Rock Studios Limited ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Rockcleaner offers two subscription plans that provide full access to all features of the Application:

Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week
Annual Subscription: $12.99 per year

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account. Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your device account settings.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Rockcleaner uses third-party services, including Adapty, to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. By using the Application, you agree to Adapty’s privacy and terms of service as applicable.

5. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Application except as expressly permitted;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application;
Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Application, including all content, trademarks, and code, are owned by Hello Rock Studios Limited and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Hello Rock Studios Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Rock Studios Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

9. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the Application. Hello Rock Studios Limited may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms.

10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Hello Rock Studios Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
